second tummy tuck can range from $9,000 to $13,000, and it will vary depending on each individual needs. Patients can add liposuction to their tummy tuck. Lipo typically start at $3,000 per area. For example, if you wanted lipo on your love handles, both the left and right combined would be considered one area. I had Lipoabdominoplasty which included a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction of the trunk, and micro-body contouring on my mid-back/bra roll. It also included a facility fee and anesthesia. My Surgery Proposal Estimates from CosmetiCare
I received a very detailed surgery proposal with estimated charges right after my consultation which helped me make a decision. Here is a breakdown of my charges. This will vary from person to person. My procedure took four hours because I not only did Abdominoplasty, I had Liposuction in both the front and back areas. The professional fee includes the doctor’s time, consultation appointment, pre-op appointment, post-op appointment, and all follow-up appointments. The facility fee includes implants, garments, drains, pain pumps, lab work, nursing staff, and surgical medication. A $500 deposit is required to reserve a surgery date which is non-refundable. This deposit will be credited toward your professional fees. The balance of your surgical fess are due and payable on or before your pre-operative visit. (Note: If cancellation or postponement of scheduled surgery date is initiated by the patient with less than 2 weeks notice prior to date of surgery, 50% of the surgery fees paid <excluding the $500 deposit> will be refunded from Cosmeticare, South Coast Outpatient Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Services.)

Financing
You can go in as many times as you need for free consultations, but when it starts getting serious and you want to lock down a date, they’ll ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit. You can understand that they want you fully committed because they have to schedule staff, book the facility, etc., and no last minute cancellations are acceptable. The deposit will be applied toward your balance. During your Pre-Op appointment which is usually one to two weeks prior to surgery, they require full payment of the remaining balance. Financing options are available via CareCredit with a five year term (60 months). Of course, you can pay it off as quickly as you want, or you can use your own form of payment. But if you decide to use CareCredit, I advise that you fill out the application online prior to coming so you know ahead of time if they will approve the amount you need. Other forms of payment accepted are cash, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express credit cards. Personal checks and debit cards are not accepted.
