If you cancel or reschedule within the requested time period, your consultation fee can be applied to a reschedule of your consultation 1 (one) time, after which a new consultation fee will be required. Any cancellations under 24 hours, or missed (no-show) appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the consultation fee.

MedSpa
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations under 24 hours, or missed (no-show) appointments are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If your treatment was scheduled for more than one hour, a credit card number will be taken to reserve your appointment and any cancellation under 24 hours or a missed (no-show) appointment for that treatment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
Surgical Consultations
Surgery
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a surgery date. If cancellation or postponement of the scheduled surgery is initiated by the patient less than two weeks prior to the date of surgery, 50% of the surgery fees paid (excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit) will be kept as a cancellation fee and the remaining 50% will be refunded. A $250 rescheduling fee will be charged if a surgery is requested to be rescheduled more than 3 times.
