“There was no pain involved and the injections took just a few minutes. The results were immediate. I was able to see definition in my face and when I looked into the mirror for the first time, I began to tear up. I was looking into the mirror and seeing that youthful 20-year-old me that I had missed so much.” – Shelby B.

What do I Need to Know?

Bellafill is composed of about 80 percent bovine collagen and 20 percent PMMA microspheres. When injected into the skin, Bellafill immediately restores lost volume and spurs the production of collagen, the protein that gives skin its youthful elasticity. The PMMA microspheres spread to form a network around which the new collagen can develop. Meanwhile, Bellafill incorporates a numbing agent called lidocaine to ensure your comfort during treatment.

How Will I Look & Feel Afterwards?

Bellafill is injected into the skin in target areas with an ultrafine needle. The treatment immediately adds volume and plumps the skin to smooth away wrinkles and folds and fill in acne scars.

What Else do I Need to Know?

Bellafill is a simple, in-office treatment with little to no downtime. After treatment, you can immediately return to your normal daily activities. As with any injectable dermal filler, temporary mild swelling and redness may occur at the treatment site. Bruising is normally mild and lasts 3 to 7 days. Other possible side effects are soreness, tenderness, and itching.
